Role Overview

International School of Design's


Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Development & Alignment
  • Design and continuously upgrade skill-based curricula aligned with NSQF and competency-based learning.
  • Map curricula to industry job roles and government standards under NSDC and sector skill councils.
  • Develop frameworks supporting digital and blended learning.
  • Industry Collaboration & Partnerships
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with industry bodies, employers, and sector skill councils.
  • Collaborate with industry leaders for module design, internships, and projects aligned to sector trends (digital marketing, healthcare, EV, design).
  • Assessment & Accreditation
  • Create outcome-based assessments and manage accreditation under NSDC and SSCs.
  • Ensure assessments measure competency and employability outcomes.
  • Faculty Development & Quality Assurance
  • Design and deliver faculty training programs on pedagogy, assessment, and sector knowledge updates.
  • Conduct academic audits and implement quality benchmarks.
  • Government & Policy Liaison
  • Lead institutional engagement in PMKVY, NSDC, and state skill missions.
  • Manage government relations, reporting, compliance, and proposal submissions.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s in Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, Vocational Education, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in curriculum design in skill development/vocational education.
  • Deep understanding of NSQF, NOS, competency-based education.
  • Experience working with NSDC, SSCs, and government schemes.
  • Strong networks in skill-aligned industries.
