Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Specialist, based in New Delhi. The Admissions Specialist will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing inquiries in a professional manner. The role involves student recruiting, engaging in outreach activities, and collaborating with the team to meet enrollment goals. Additionally, the Admissions Specialist will contribute to maintaining a strong and accessible admissions experience for all applicants.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective students and stakeholders.
• Minimum

  5 years of proven ability

  in Sales and Student Recruiting, focusing on building trust and converting inquiries into enrollments.

• Experience or interest in the Design Education sector

  , understanding academic programs and admissions processes.
• Proficiency in organizational and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site, cooperate with teams, and adapt to a dynamic admissions environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
