Job Title: Curriculum Developer (International Cambridge Board - Primary Grades)
Location: Anand Niketan International School, Ahmedabad
Grades: 1st to 4th

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Curriculum Developer to join our team and effectively contribute the design of an innovative, experience-based curriculum for the International Cambridge Board. This role involves crafting a topic-based curriculum for primary grades (1st to 4th) with varying intensities to meet the developmental needs of each grade. The ideal candidate will be passionate about holistic education and capable of integrating experiential learning through activities and experiments to make education engaging and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a dynamic and topic-based curriculum aligned with the International Cambridge Board for grades 1-4.
• Create differentiated learning content with varying intensities for different grade levels.
• Design hands-on activities and experiments to ensure experiential learning is at the core of the curriculum.
• Collaborate with educators and team members to continuously enhance the curriculum.
• Ensure that the curriculum fosters creativity, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence in students.
• Stay updated with global educational trends and adapt them into the curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Science, English and Physics/Maths.
• Experience with curriculum framework preferably within the International Cambridge Board.
• Strong knowledge of experiential and holistic education principles.
• Creative and critical thinking abilities with a sharp focus on student engagement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
