The Content Developer role within the Central Education Team based in Noida involves playing a crucial part in creating high-quality educational content that is aligned with the curriculum for various subjects and grade levels. Collaboration with curriculum specialists, instructional designers, and EdTech teams is essential to develop engaging, inclusive, and pedagogically effective learning materials that promote academic excellence and meet 21st-century learning objectives. Responsibilities include: - Creating grade-appropriate instructional content, lesson plans, worksheets, and multimedia materials. - Ensuring alignment with national and international curriculum frameworks like CBSE, ICSE, IB, and Cambridge. - Focusing on inclusivity, engagement, cultural sensitivity, and accessibility for diverse learners while adhering to globally recognized standards. Other key duties involve: - Collaborating with curriculum developers to maintain alignment with learning objectives and competencies. - Integrating 21st-century skills, values education, and inquiry-based learning strategies into the content. - Adapting content for digital platforms and collaborating on e-learning resources and interactive materials. - Conducting quality assurance through editing, proofreading, and ensuring content accuracy and alignment. - Staying updated on curriculum design best practices and benchmarking content against national and international resources. - Managing timelines and deliverables for content projects and participating in collaborative sessions and reviews. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, English, Curriculum Development, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in academic content development. - Strong subject matter expertise and pedagogical knowledge. - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with instructional design models and education standards.
