Job Summary

The Curriculum Developer Pedagogy will design, develop, and continuously improve educational programs and learning experiences, ensuring alignment with pedagogical best practices and current educational standards. This role works collaboratively with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and academic leaders to create innovative, learner-cantered curricula that cater to diverse student needs and promote academic success.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Design & Development:

• Develop and design comprehensive curricula for various academic levels and disciplines, incorporating evidence-based teaching methodologies.

• Integrate modern pedagogical approaches to promote critical thinking, creativity, and digital literacy.

• Align curriculum content with industry trends, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Conducted online and on-site teacher training sessions across multiple schools Locations.

Research & Analysis:

• Conduct research on emerging pedagogical trends, educational technology, and best practices.

• Analyse existing curriculum frameworks, assess their effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements.

• Use data and feedback from students, educators, and stakeholders to drive continuous curriculum enhancement.

Collaboration & Consultation:

• Work closely with academic departments, subject matter experts, and external partners to gather input and validate curriculum relevance.

• Facilitate focus groups, workshops, and training sessions to disseminate new teaching strategies and curricular updates.

• Provide guidance and support to faculty members on curriculum implementation and assessment.

Content Development & Resource Management:

• Create engaging instructional materials, lesson plans, assessments, and supplementary resources.

• Incorporate technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience (e.g., multimedia content, e-learning platforms).

• Ensure all curriculum materials are accessible, culturally responsive, and inclusive.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Monitor and evaluate curriculum effectiveness through regular audits, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.

• Maintain documentation of curriculum changes and ensure compliance with institutional and external standards.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for academic leadership regarding curriculum performance and innovation opportunities.
