The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of early childhood education, child development, and hands-on experience in designing structured learning content for young learners. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive and engaging lesson plans for pre-primary books aligned with learning objectives. Create age-appropriate activities, worksheets, stories, and practice exercises for young children. Ensure all curriculum content supports foundational skills such as literacy, numeracy, motor development, and social-emotional learning. Collaborate with the design and editorial teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and visual appeal of content. Review and refine existing curriculum materials for quality enhancement. Ensure timely completion of curriculum projects and adherence to academic standards. Requirements: B.Ed. is mandatory .
