Requirements – Math Curriculum Developer (HES Framework)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mathematics, Education, Curriculum Studies, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in curriculum design or progressive math teaching.
Knowledge & Skills: Strong grounding in child-centred, experiential, and holistic pedagogies.
Ability to design math resources: manipulatives, games, story-based, and project-based activities.
Experience in integrating math with real-life applications and interdisciplinary projects.
Competence in designing holistic assessments (portfolios, projects, reflective tasks). Familiarity with HES (preferred).
Personal Competencies Passion for making math joyful, meaningful, and accessible. Deep understanding of children’s developmental stages.
Creative problem-solving and design-thinking skills. Strong collaboration, research, and communication abilities. Reflective practice and growth mindset.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
