Educator

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons in Accounting, Business Studies, and Economics in line with the prescribed curriculum.
• Use a variety of teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
• Evaluate and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and academic support.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
• Organize and supervise classroom and extracurricular activities related to Business and Economics.
• Encourage critical thinking, ethical reasoning, and practical applications of economic and business principles.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student performance.
• Stay updated with developments in subject areas, pedagogy, and educational standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations (e.g. A-Level & IGCSE).

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business, Economics, or related field.
• B.Ed. (preferred).
• Prior teaching experience in Accounts, Business Studies, and Economics at the secondary/senior secondary level.
• Familiarity with Cambridge curriculum.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
