As an Educator (Norwegian) at Airlearn, you will be a vital part of the Norwegian Content division, responsible for creating high-quality educational content, leading a small team, and providing strategic direction to ensure our language learning app meets the needs of US learners. Your role will involve: - Designing and developing engaging Norwegian language content specifically tailored for the US market. - Collaborating with the Content Head and team members to create a seamless and comprehensive curriculum. - Analyzing feedback and data metrics to optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness. - Staying updated on the latest trends in language education to introduce innovations and improve content offerings. Qualifications required for this role: - Proficiency in Norwegian and excellent English communication skills. - Proven experience in creating compelling content for language learning platforms. - Demonstrated leadership skills, team collaboration experience, and mentorship capabilities. - Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy. - Creativity and a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization. - Preferred Bachelor's degree in Norwegian, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
