Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Educator role based in Bengaluru. The Educator will be responsible for creating effective lesson plans, delivering engaging teaching sessions, and ensuring a positive learning environment. Other responsibilities include individualized mentoring, facilitating educational activities, and fostering collaboration among students to enhance their academic achievements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
• Expertise in Education and Teaching methodologies
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in Training and Mentoring
• Passion for empowering students and delivering meaningful educational experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or a relevant field
• Prior experience in teaching or tutoring is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site educational environment
