This is a full-time on-site role as Curriculum Developer for Geriatric & Palliative Care, located in Bangalore, Karnataka. The Curriculum Developer will be responsible for creating and updating educational programs, developing instructional materials and integrating current research into course content. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, conducting needs assessments evaluating the effectiveness of the curriculum, get the course structure verified and approved by competent authorities like NSDC, Indian Nursing Council or respective Licensing bodies.
To build a globally recognized, outcome-driven platform for training and deploying healthcare professionals in specialized elder and palliative care (and ancillary healthcare circumstances) – for bridging or up-skilling, improving employability, and systematising care in defined healthcare circumstances by addressing care-quality gaps in this emerging sector.
o Develop structured and modular training content for caregivers for the defined care need / patients.
o Create learner-centred, culturally sensitive materials tailored for diverse backgrounds and varying literacy levels.
o Integrate medical, psychological, emotional, and social care aspects into the curriculum.
o Design both in-person and online training modules (blended learning approach preferred).
o The USP of the program will be upskilling of the qualified nurses in dealing with geriatric and other related patients who need quality care. The curriculum being developed by Twilight Grey must enhance the nurses skill by amplifying the academic aspects that are either not covered or covered inadequately in regular Nursing courses.
o Create manuals, handouts, multimedia content (videos, slides, infographics) and assessment tools.
o Ensure content aligns with national and international regulatory requirements, best practices and ethical standards in geriatric and palliative care.
o Build a team of subject matter experts while developing the curriculum besides developing training and delivery guidelines for the curriculum to standardise delivery.
o Develop evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of the training program.
o Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on outcomes and feedback.
