Job Summary

Curriculum Architect

foundational role


Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Design

  • Develop structured, project-based STEM learning modules for Grades 3–12.
  • Align curricula with NEP 2020, IB, Cambridge, and global best practices.
  • Create tiered project pathways (beginner → advanced → showcase).
  • Content Development

  • Write lesson plans, teacher guides, and student workbooks.
  • Design assessment rubrics for skills like creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration.
  • Integrate cross-disciplinary connections (Science, Math, Arts, Entrepreneurship).
  • Innovation & Pedagogy

  • Prototype and test new projects using robotics, electronics, and fabrication tools.
  • Stay updated with global STEM/EdTech trends and bring them into the curriculum.
  • Ensure curricula inspire not just coding, but

    design thinking and real-world impact

    .
  • Collaboration & Training

  • Work closely with lab designers, content writers, and educators.
  • Train facilitators/teachers to implement the curriculum effectively.
  • Collect feedback from schools and iterate curriculum accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

    STEM, Education, or Design

    (Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related).
  • 3–6 years of experience in

    curriculum design

    (STEM/Innovation/Robotics preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors, 3D printing, robotics kits, or makerspace tools.
  • Strong grasp of

    pedagogy

    (project-based learning, design thinking, inquiry-based learning).
  • Excellent writing, documentation, and communication skills.
