Job description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Curriculum Architect to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge, technology-enabled curricula for K–12 learners. This role is central to shaping the future of digital learning by blending pedagogical best practices with interactive technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of K–12 & Higher education, instructional design, learning technologies, and curriculum standards

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Curriculum Design & Development

• Design tech-integrated curricula that align with K–12 & Higher education standards and learning outcomes.
• Develop digital learning pathways across core subjects (STEAM, Woodworking, AI, IOT, Digital Fabrication, 3D, Animation).
• Create modular, adaptive, and personalized learning experiences for diverse learners.

Instructional Innovation

• Integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AR/VR, AI, gamification, coding platforms) into curriculum.
• Develop project-based, inquiry-driven, and competency-based learning models.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure pedagogical alignment in learning platforms.

Standards Alignment & Assessment

• Ensure curriculum aligns with national and international education standards (e.g., ISTE,CSS).
• Design assessments (formative, summative, performance-based) that reflect 21st-century skills.
• Analyse learning data to iterate and improve curriculum efficacy.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with educators, subject matter experts, and instructional designers.
• Train teachers and facilitators on implementing tech-based curriculum effectively.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure learning experiences are intuitive and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end curriculum for technology education programs (K–12, higher education)
• Should have sense of creating content for Designing, 3D and other softwares
• Develop structured learning pathways, lesson plans, and assessment frameworks aligned with academic standards and industry requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and product teams to create engaging digital and blended learning content.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, coding platforms, IoT kits, etc.) into the learning ecosystem.
• Ensure content meets high standards of pedagogical quality, inclusivity, and accessibility.
• Lead content mapping and curriculum alignment with NEP 2020, CBSE, NCERT, or global STEM/STEAM education frameworks.
• Create teacher training resources, implementation guides, and learning analytics models to measure impact.
• Research global trends in technology education, digital pedagogy, and curriculum innovation to continuously improve offerings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 10–12 years of experience in curriculum design, technology-based education, or EdTech product development.
• Proven track record in developing STEM, coding, AI, or robotics learning content.
• Strong understanding of 21st-century learning frameworks, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and design thinking in education.
• Experience working with digital learning platforms, LMS systems, and interactive content tools.
• Excellent communication, visualization, and documentation skills.
