Role Summary

The Culinary & Administrative Executive is responsible for preparing and serving all Fussed In products, including baked chicken and other menu items. The role also includes basic customer service, simple billing, and maintaining cleanliness inside the outlet. This is an easy-to-learn role and is suitable for freshers who are willing to work with discipline and interest.

Key Responsibilities

A. Food Preparation

• Prepare all Fussed In menu items such as baked chicken, sides, beverages, and new products.
• Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and cooking instructions.
• Maintain correct oven/heating procedures as trained.
• Ensure food freshness, quality, and on-time preparation.

B. Serving & Customer Handling

• Serve baked chicken portions and other items to customers.
• Pack orders for takeaway and delivery partners.
• Maintain a polite, friendly, and customer-focused approach.

C. Basic Billing

• Perform simple billing through POS/mobile app.
• Handle UPI, card, and cash payments accurately.
• Ensure every order is billed before serving.

D. Store Maintenance & Admin Tasks

• Keep the counter, kitchen, and service area clean at all times.
• Complete daily opening and closing duties as instructed.
• Check stock levels (chicken, packaging, materials) and inform the manager when items are running low.

Skills & Requirements

• No prior food industry experience required (training will be provided).
• Prior experience is an added advantage.
• Basic communication skills (Tamil preferred).
• Ability to follow simple cooking and hygiene instructions.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Good hygiene, punctuality, and discipline.
