CSR Officer

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact through large-scale community initiatives in healthcare, education, livelihood, and ethical giving.

Key Responsibilities:

CSR Program Execution

• Lead and implement CSR projects across

  health, education, environment

  , and

  livelihood

  domains.
• Manage flagship programs such as

  Widow Sustenance

  ,

  Scholarships

  ,

  Healthcare Access

  , and

  Livelihood Empowerment

  .

Regional Responsibility & Travel

• The position is based in

  Mumbai (Colaba)

  , with extensive travel required to CSR project locations across

  North or South India

  (based on role allocation).
• Willingness to

  relocate

  to project sites temporarily or permanently if required.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Identify and assess

  ethical, environmental, and social risks

  in CSR operations.
• Maintain transparency and compliance with CSR laws and

  impact reporting standards

  .

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong working relationships with

  NGOs, government agencies, local communities

  , and

  beneficiaries

  .

Monitoring & Reporting

• Conduct

  field visits, inspections, and beneficiary audits

  to ensure program effectiveness.
• Track KPIs and prepare

  impact reports

  , compliance documentation, and

  success stories

  .

Zakat Integration & Ethical Finance

• Oversee

  Zakat calculation, collection, and distribution

  in accordance with Islamic principles. .

Who Were Looking For:

• Professionals with experience or passion in

• Excellent communication, reporting, and project coordination skills
  
• Understanding of

  Zakat
