Job Description


Key Responsibilities


  • Program Coordination:

    Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various CSR programs, which may include environmental sustainability, community outreach, employee volunteering, and giving.
  • Employee Engagement:

    Help organize and promote employee volunteer opportunities and internal awareness campaigns (e.g., Earth Day, diversity and inclusion events).
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including employees, non-profit organizations (NGOs), community groups, and local government bodies.
  • Data & Reporting:

    Collect, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CSR initiatives (e.g., volunteer hours, carbon emissions, community investment). Assist in preparing reports for internal and external audiences, including annual sustainability reports.
  • Research & Compliance:

    Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and regulations in the CSR and sustainability fields. Help ensure all programs comply with company policies and legal standards.
  • Communications Support:

    Assist the communications team in drafting content (e.g., intranet stories, social media posts, presentations) to highlight the company's CSR efforts and impact.


Qualifications & Skills


Required Qualifications:


  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Sustainability, Environmental Science, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or Social Work.
  • Experience:

    1 years of professional experience in a related field (e.g., corporate responsibility, non-profit management, community relations, or project coordination).
  • Passion:

    A genuine and demonstrable passion for social impact, environmental sustainability, and corporate ethics.


Desired Skills:


  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear and compelling message to diverse audiences.
