CSR Coordinator

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience is mandatory.
• Should have done Masters in Social Work - MSW (Required)
• Coordinate with program team to collect clear and accurate details/data for proposal development, concept notes, Donor reporting, financial utilisation, other fundraising documents based on donor guidelines and organizational priorities.

· Work closely with program staff to gather information on programmatic activities, goals, and impacts required to craft persuasive proposals. Collaborate with the different teams to develop accurate budgets for proposals.

· Track the status of proposals and follow up with Program team and fundraising team if required.

• Maintain a calendar of Donor reports/any other internal reports with deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
• Collect data to write interim and final reports that effectively communicate the impact, outcomes, and financial accountability of funded projects
• Coordinate with program teams to track project milestones and gather data to support narrative and financial reporting.
• Ensure that all reports meet donor-specific requirements, formats, and deadlines, and that the information is accurate and complete.

· Maintain records of the CSR Support received and reports to be submitted, including tracking success rates and learning from feedback to improve future submissions.

Assist in planning and executing CSR campaigns and events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
