Drafting of Board Report to the Members, preparing all Statutory Registers under the Companies Act, 2013, Compliance with all requirements under SEBI Act and Listing Regulation applicable to Stock Exchange Listed companies.
Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, 2008, Excellent Communication Skills, Good command over spoken and written English.
