Company Description RANJ is a corporate advisory firm based in Hyderabad, India, specializing in a wide range of services including Corporate Laws, Mergers & Acquisitions, Fundraising, Capital Markets, Foreign Investment Regulations, and Intellectual Property Rights, among others. This is a full-time, on-site 21 months ICSI Sponsored CS Intern position based in Basheer Bagh Hyderabad, India. The Intern will assist in conducting board and shareholders meetings, preparing reports, drafting of documents, and supporting the team on corporate legal advisory and compliance tasks. They will gain practical exposure across areas such as fund raising, IPOs, corporate laws, fema, arbitration, intellectual property rights, mergers and acquisitions, Insolvency and more, while working closely with large corporates and seasoned professionals in the field. Qualifications and Skills Basic knowledge of Corporate Laws and course curriculum of a CS Student. Reasonably good communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage tasks as a Go-getter Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is beneficial Tech savvy, Positive Attitude, Passionate towards CS Known for its integrity, tech driven process, professionalism, and expertise, RANJ wishes to provide excellent exposure to determined students of ICSI to become professionals aiming to inplement good Corporate Governance.
