Role & responsibilities:

Lead Generation

• Competitor Market Analysis: Begin by understanding the competitive landscape. Analyse competitors strategies, pricing, and product offerings. This information will help identify potential leads.
• Relationship Management with Existing Customers: Engage with current clients to learn about their upcoming projects. Use this knowledge to generate leads. Building strong relationships with existing customers can lead to referrals and new business opportunities.

Lead Nurturing

• Customer MIS - Data Collection of Existing Clients: Regularly update information about existing clients.
• Lead Follow-Up: Once leads are generated, promptly follow up. Address inquiries, provide relevant information, and guide potential clients through the sales process.

Conversion

• Order Tracking and Customer Updates: Efficiently manage orders and keep clients informed about their order status.
