Job Description

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Cruise Sales Agent to join our remote sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting cruise leads into confirmed bookings by offering professional guidance and support to our B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
direct cruise inquiries
via phone, WhatsApp, email, and web-based leads
Suggest cruise options based on client needs (budget, travel dates, destinations, preferences)
Share detailed information about cruise itineraries, cabin types, inclusions, visa details, and booking terms
Handle follow-ups and convert leads into sales with a high closing ratio
Coordinate with operations and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate records of quotes, communications, and confirmed bookings

Requirements:

Experience in
travel or cruise sales
is preferred
Strong English communication skills (regional language skills are a plus)
Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets
Good knowledge of cruise lines like Costa, MSC, Royal Caribbean, etc.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Excel/Google Sheets usage

: Flexible, must be available during key customer engagement times, including weekends if required
Salary Range
: INR 30,000 to 40,000 (based on experience and performance)
Probation Period
: 3 months, post which the position may be confirmed
