Role Overview

CRM Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize CRM systems including

    Zoho (mandatory)

    , Freshsales, Salesforce, and MS Dynamics.
  • Ensure smooth integrations between CRM and ecommerce platforms, WhatsApp communication tools, and marketing automation systems.
  • Design and maintain clean, scalable customer lifecycle workflows, ensuring CRM data hygiene and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer care teams to deliver actionable CRM insights and improve customer engagement strategies.
  • Monitor CRM performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum

    3 years of hands-on experience

    in managing CRM systems, with

    mandatory expertise in Zoho CRM

    .
  • Proven technical understanding of SaaS-based tools and ecommerce integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business requirements into technical CRM workflows.
