CRM Specialist

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented CRM & MIS Executive with Minimum 2–3 years of experience in managing CRM systems, maintaining MIS reports and sales data. The role involves lead assignment, sales tracking, and accurate reporting to support the sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
• Assign leads, track sales pipeline, and support CRM automation workflows. Assist with campaign execution (Email, SMS, WhatsApp) and ensure proper tagging & follow-up.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for data accuracy and reporting.

Who Can Apply:

• Graduates with minimum 70% overall in academics.
• 2–3 years of experience in CRM or MIS roles.
• Strong English communication (spoken & written).
• Comfortable handling both tech-driven and admin-based tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
