As a CRM Specialist, your role is crucial in developing and executing CRM strategies to acquire, retain, and grow customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities using CRM data and insights. It will be essential to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to launch targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation. - Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to drive business growth. - Follow up on leads, schedule meetings/demos, and effectively manage the sales pipeline through the CRM system. - Train and support other team members in CRM usage and best practices for optimal results. - Ensure data hygiene and integrity across all customer records for a seamless customer experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, support, and product, to enhance overall customer engagement. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in CRM strategy development and execution. - Proficiency in working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams. - Prior experience in training and supporting team members in CRM usage is a plus.
