Job Description

As a CRM Specialist, your role will involve developing and executing CRM strategies to acquire, retain, and grow customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities using CRM data and insights. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the marketing team to launch targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation - Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations - Follow up on leads, schedule meetings/demos, and manage the sales pipeline via the CRM - Train and support other team members in CRM usage and best practices - Ensure data hygiene and integrity across all customer records - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, support, product) to enhance customer engagement Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in CRM strategy development and execution - Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment This is a full-time position based on in-person work location.,
