As a CRM Sales Executive at our company, you will be instrumental in driving sales and adoption of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals. Your role will involve understanding client needs and demonstrating how our CRM platform can effectively address their pain points. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for CRM solutions. - Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers. - Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align CRM offerings with customer requirements. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and CRM technologies. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is required. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales. - Proficiency in English, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi is required. - Must be located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
