Negotiate contract terms and pricing confidently. - **Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management:** Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track opportunities, update the sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts to the management team. - **Product Expertise:** Develop a deep understanding of our CRM product and effectively communicate its technical features to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and customers. - **Meet Sales Targets:** Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by acquiring new business and upselling to existing clients.
