CRM Product (Salesforce)

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Product Manager at Godrej Enterprises Group, you will be responsible for managing the Salesforce platform to ensure alignment with business needs and achieving the full potential of CRM implementation. Your role will involve leading the OneCRM program, understanding business requirements, mitigating risks, and recommending strategies and solutions across the Salesforce platform. You will play a crucial part in driving user success and adoption of CRM by enabling change network and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Salesforce that aligns with the organization's goals. - Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce features. - Prioritize and manage the development of new features and enhancements on the Salesforce platform. - Maintain and prioritize a backlog of Salesforce features, bug fixes, and enhancements using Agile methodologies. - Improve user experience by simplifying workflows, improving interfaces, and ensuring the platform is user-friendly. - Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and ensure effective platform usage. - Manage relationships with Salesforce and other third-party vendors. - Stay informed on Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to enhance platform effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Engineering with a technology-focused mindset. - Post Graduate qualification in Sales and Marketing. - 12 years of total work experience with 5-7 years in Salesforce product management. - Thorough understanding of Sales/Service/Marketing cloud and related SFDC tools. - Experience in managing 3+ end-to-end CRM (SFDC) program implementations for large-scale deployments. - Strong functional skills including agile development process, requirement techniques, Salesforce CRM design, and administration. - Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and presentational skills.,
