Role Description

CRM & Marketing Ops Specialist

What You’ll Do (First 90 Days)

Support a U.S. client on a
Monday.com CRM implementation
Configure workflows and Zapier integrations
Manage data migration from Salesforce to Monday
Act as a support resource after CRM go-live

Beyond 90 Days

Configure
HubSpot
for inbound marketing
Experiment with outbound tools (Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Support future CRM projects (Salesforce, Zoho, Freshworks)
Grow into a team lead as TDEOS scales

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of experience with
CRM systems
(HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Monday or similar)
Exposure to
U.S. clients
or international projects
Familiarity with
Zapier/automations
(or fast learner)
Strong English communication skills
Self-starter, flexible, entrepreneurial mindset
