About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented R365 Expert to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, restaurant accounting , and data analytics , with hands-on experience using Restaurant365 (R365) software. You will play a key role in streamlining financial processes, generating actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making for multi-unit restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the R365 platform for daily, weekly, and monthly accounting activities Set up and monitor GLs, store-level P&L, inventory, and payroll integrations Automate recurring financial reports including sales analysis, COGS, labor, and prime cost Conduct variance analysis and generate actionable insights to support leadership decisions Support bank reconciliation, AP/AR, and intercompany entries across multiple legal entities Train and support accounting team members on R365 usage and best practices Collaborate with operations and finance teams in the US to align reporting and analytics Build custom dashboards and KPIs for unit-level and consolidated reporting Requirements: 3+ years of experience with Restaurant365 , preferably in a multi-unit QSR or restaurant environment Strong understanding of US-based accounting principles , especially for hospitality/restaurant sector Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with outsourcing or remote US-based teams is a plus Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Preferred Skills: Familiarity with US sales tax, payroll, and inventory reconciliation Experience with integrations (e.g., POS systems, Paycor, Compeat, ADP) Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) Why Join Us?
