Role Description We’re looking for a CRM & Marketing Ops Specialist to work directly with our Founder. This is a full-time, remote role (India-based) with at least 4 hours/day overlap with U.S. Eastern Time. It’s a hybrid role — part client delivery (CRM implementations, automations, support) and part growth operations (HubSpot setup, marketing automations, outbound tools). The role will evolve, so flexibility and a “can-do” attitude are key. What You’ll Do (First 90 Days) Support a U.S. client on a Monday.com CRM implementation Configure workflows and Zapier integrations Manage data migration from Salesforce to Monday Act as a support resource after CRM go-live Beyond 90 Days Configure HubSpot for inbound marketing Experiment with outbound tools (Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Support future CRM projects (Salesforce, Zoho, Freshworks) Grow into a team lead as TDEOS scales What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Monday or similar) Exposure to U.S. clients or international projects Familiarity with Zapier/automations (or fast learner) Strong English communication skills Self-starter, flexible, entrepreneurial mindset Compensation & Growth Competitive monthly compensation with performance bonuses Role is contract-to-hire : initial contract, with the goal of converting to a long-term position Clear path to grow into a leadership role as we expand How to Apply Send your Resumer + a short Loom video (2–3 min) introducing yourself, your CRM experience, and why this role excites you.

About the Role We are looking for a Workflow Automation & Growth Associate (Founder’s Office) to work directly with the Founder on digital transformation projects. In the first 90 days , you will focus on a live client project involving workflow automation, CRM setup, and process digitization. Responsibilities (First 90 Days) Configure and optimize Monday.com Work Management & CRM for client use cases. Build workflow automations using Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools . Support email marketing setup & migration (Constant Contact). Assist with data migration (e.g., Salesforce → Monday.com). Analyze and clean spreadsheet data, automate manual processes. Support user training, documentation, and adoption . Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operations. Beyond 90 Days Support the Founder with internal growth projects (HubSpot setup, outbound campaigns, automation of business processes). Shadow client meetings, take notes, and assist in project delivery. Be a flexible “right hand” in operations, automation, and growth. Requirements 2–4 years of hands-on experience in workflow automation, CRM administration, or marketing ops. Strong working knowledge of at least one tool: Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or Monday.com . Comfort with data migration and spreadsheet-based analysis (CSV, Excel, or SQL basics). Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Self-starter with ability to learn new tools quickly and work independently. Bonus: HubSpot CRM/Marketing experience.
