CRM Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships throughout the collection process, overseeing the entire database either in Excel or CRM software, handling after-sales services, and ensuring the timely delivery of apartments in close coordination with the sales and other departments. Your main focus will be ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint of their journey with us. Your responsibilities will include handling bookings, logging information in CRM systems, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all client documentation, preparing and issuing Possession Letters and Buyer's Agreements, following up on agreements, preparing Company MIS DSR, maintaining records, addressing post-sales queries via email and calls, coordinating with the sales team, and potentially engaging in up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers. To excel in this role, you should have a presentable demeanor, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and prior experience in the Real Estate Industry, particularly with residential or commercial projects. Familiarity with CRM procedures in real estate, proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric attitude are essential for success in this position.
