Job Summary

As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at Parag Copigraph Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the printing industry, bus operators, and related sectors. You will ensure customer satisfaction, handle queries, manage orders, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service. Your role will focus on retaining clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

* Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, complaints, and support.

* Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.

* Monitor customer orders and follow up for payments when required.

* Maintain updated customer records in CRM software or databases.

* Collect customer feedback and communicate it to relevant departments for improvements.

* Analyze customer trends to support decision-making.
