Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager, located in Jaipur. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing customer inquiries and feedback, overseeing the resolution of customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties include coordinating with various departments to address customer needs, implementing customer service policies, and assisting in the development of sales and marketing strategies.
