Job Description

Customize and manage Zoho CRM for client onboarding, lead management, and client interactions. Implement Zoho Projects/Tasks for internal team coordination and deadline tracking. Automate routine workflows using Zoho Flow, Blueprints, and Forms. Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, dashboards, and task trackers. Train internal team members to use CRM, Projects, and automation tools effectively. Integrate Zoho apps like Books, Desk, Campaigns, Sign, etc. for complete automation. Ensure clean and updated data across all platforms. Coordinate client follow-ups, reminders, and document collection processes
