Job Title: Zoho Analyst / Zoho CRM TabletJobs.com is a fast-growing healthcare recruitment platform connecting hospitals with doctors, nurses, and 30+ hospital professionals worldwide. We are implementing Zoho CRM to streamline candidate, client, and placement workflows and are looking for a skilled Zoho Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Design, customize, and manage Zoho CRM modules, workflows, blueprints, and automations. Integrate Zoho CRM with Facebook/Instagram Ads, WhatsApp (WABA), AWS SNS, and company website. Create reports, dashboards, and analytics for recruitment, finance, and placement teams. Manage lead flow automation from registration forms, job ads, and campaigns. Write and maintain Deluge scripts for advanced customization. Train team members on Zoho usage and ensure smooth adoption. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and optimize CRM for maximum productivity. Skills & QualificationsHands-on experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and Zoho Creator (preferred). Strong knowledge of workflows, triggers, blueprints, and Deluge scripting. Prior experience in CRM integrations with third-party apps (ads, SMS, WhatsApp, email). Ability to analyze requirements and suggest process improvements. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Background2–4 years of experience as a Zoho Analyst/Administrator/CRM Specialist. Experience in healthcare recruitment or service industry is a plus (not mandatory). Candidates with Salesforce/HubSpot CRM background but willing to shift to Zoho may also apply. Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Remote (Work from Home available). Salary: Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000
