Job Description

CRM Manager in real estate is responsible for overseeing and managing all customer relationships throughout the property buying process, utilizing CRM software to track interactions, streamline communication, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships post-sale, ultimately aiming to increase customer retention and loyalty within the real estate company; key duties include data management, lead nurturing, sales support, client onboarding, and coordinating with various internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Manage customer interactions from initial lead generation through property viewing, purchase, and post-sale phases.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns and providing necessary information.
  • Build strong rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships.
  • CRM System Administration:
  • Implement and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and data integrity.
  • Develop and manage workflows within the CRM to streamline processes and optimize sales efficiency.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, generate reports, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Sales Support:
  • Qualify leads and identify potential buyers.
  • Provide sales team with relevant customer information to facilitate effective communication.
  • Collaborate with sales agents to nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
  • Post-Sale Operations:
  • Manage the handover process, ensuring timely completion of documentation and property registration.
  • Address customer concerns after purchase and provide necessary support.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement feedback to improve services.
  • Team Management:
  • Train and coach sales team members on CRM usage and customer service best practices.
  • Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and motivate the CRM team to achieve sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹98,000.00 per month
