Role Description

This is a full-time role for a CRM Executive. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves conducting regular communication with customers, managing customer databases, and developing customer engagement strategies. This is an on-site role located in Surat.

Qualifications

• Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Experience in handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback
• Ability to develop and implement customer engagement strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and tools
• Analytical skills to assess customer data and provide insights
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
