Position Overview The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth by maintaining client engagement. The role focuses on handling client queries, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records in CRM software, and driving customer retention. Key Responsibilities Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and meetings. Maintain and update client records in the CRM system. Act as the point of contact between customers and the company. Support sales and service teams with client-related data and insights. Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. Track customer feedback and suggest improvements in processes. Generate CRM reports and dashboards for management. Assist in client onboarding, renewals, and follow-ups.
