Job Description

Manage and update customer information in the CRM system. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally. Ensure timely follow-up communication with customers regarding their concerns, orders, or service updates. Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and improvement opportunities. Prepare CRM reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review. Execute customer engagement campaigns (SMS, email, call follow-ups). Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support retention strategies. Assist in training and guiding team members on CRM processes when required.
