Job Description

  1. Manage customer lifecycle from booking to possession.
  2. Maintain updated customer records in the CRM system.
  3. Send regular updates to customers about construction progress, payment schedules, and other notices.
  4. Schedule and conduct customer meetings for documentation and clarifications.
  5. Handle customer complaints and grievances with empathy and resolve issues efficiently.
  6. Assist in organizing customer events, walkthroughs, or site visits.
  7. Coordinate with legal and sales teams for agreement execution and registrations.
  8. Provide MIS reports on customer status, outstanding payments, and issue resolution timelines.
