Job Description

A CRM job in real estate involves managing customer relationships using a CRM system to track interactions, leads, and sales. The role typically involves streamlining communication, automating tasks, and improving customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing client information, tracking sales processes, and ensuring accurate record-keeping, as well as assisting clients with queries and post-sales support. Responsibilities:

  • Managing Client Interactions:Maintaining a database of client information, tracking interactions, and managing leads.
  • Streamlining Communication:Utilizing the CRM to automate communication with clients, such as welcome calls and emails, and providing updates on sales progress.
  • Data Management:Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of client information, payment receipts, and other relevant documentation.
  • Post-Sales Support:Handling post-sales queries, resolving customer grievances, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance:Ensuring adherence to company processes and procedures, including legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting and Analysis:Preparing reports on CRM performance, analyzing customer data, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Sales and Marketing Support:Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute CRM strategies, such as lead generation and targeted campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and addressing their needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in the real estate industry, customer relationship management, or sales.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and online marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues, manage conflicts, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, develop CRM strategies, and implement new technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
