Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make

    welcome calls

    to new clients and ensure a warm onboarding experience.
  • Handle client calls and queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage and maintain client

    documentation

    and ensure accuracy.
  • Provide

    after-sales service support

    , ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments for seamless client servicing.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to nurture strong long-term relationships.
  • Prepare and update client reports and records in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Graduate

    in any stream (Business/Management preferred).
  • 3–4 years of experience

    in CRM, customer service, or client coordination (real estate industry preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and

    pleasing speaking skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
