We are looking for a CRM specialist who can manage leads, track admissions, and support the sales team with accurate data. Responsibilities Manage CRM (Lead updates, status changes, reports) Coordinate between Telecallers, BDEs & Counselors Track daily admissions, demos, conversions Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports Maintain data accuracy & quality Requirements Experience in CRM tools (Leadsquared, Zoho, TeleCRM ) Strong Excel & reporting skills Excellent coordination & communication skills Growth & Culture Promotion to CRM Manager within 1 year based on performance Learning-focused culture with new tools & training Work closely with company leadership
