Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Executive - Real Estate located in Bengaluru. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and retaining clients. Daily tasks include analyzing customer data, handling customer inquiries, improving customer experience, and supporting sales efforts. The role requires effective communication with clients and team members to drive customer retention and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and act on customer data
• Proven experience in Customer Retention and enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients effectively
• Experience in Sales to support customer acquisition and retention efforts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of CRM software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
