With a strong retail presence and growing digital reach, MK Jewels is committed to delivering world-class service and building long-term relationships with its clients.   Role Overview We are seeking a CRM Executive (preferably from the hospitality, travel & tourism, or luxury retail industry) who can bring a service-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. The role involves enhancing client relationships, ensuring superior customer service, and driving loyalty through personalized engagement.   Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Service Excellence Welcome and assist clients with warmth, professionalism, and a personalized approach. Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently across in-store, phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media. Ensure timely and personalized follow-ups to enhance satisfaction and conversion rates. Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and preferences. Collect and manage customer data including key life events (birthdays, anniversaries, engagements) to design customized promotions and offers. Proactively connect with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Prepare reports on customer interactions, conversions, and feedback trends for management review.   Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, BBA, Marketing, or related field. Freshers with Frontend job role internship experience can apply. 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, luxury retail, travel & tourism preferred). Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language. Ability to manage high-value clients with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in customer situations. Good organizational skills to handle multiple interactions simultaneously.
