Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle
client inquiries
and provide timely responses via phone, email, or in person.
Maintain and update the
CRM database
with accurate client and project details.
Support the
sales and design teams
by coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and client updates.
Assist in
lead generation and follow-up
to convert inquiries into potential clients..
Collect
client feedback
and share insights to help improve customer satisfaction.
Prepare basic
reports
on leads, conversions, and client interactions..

Requirements

Bachelors degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales coordination (freshers are welcome).
Good communication skills in
English and Tamil
.
Basic understanding of
CRM tools
(Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) — training will be provided.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
