Benroy Group is hiring a CRM Executive who lives and breathes real estate CRM. You’ll be the backbone of our sales funnel—managing leads, ensuring timely client follow-ups, and keeping every deal moving smoothly. If you know your way around Paramantra, Zoho, or LeadSquared and understand how Bangalore real estate moves, this one’s for you.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage and update lead records across CRM tools (Paramantra, Zoho, LeadSquared)
Monitor inbound leads and assign them to respective sales reps based on project mapping
Ensure timely follow-ups by coordinating with the Sales Team
Track status of hot/warm/cold leads and follow escalation protocols for inactive ones
Work closely with marketing and CP teams to verify data integrity
Generate weekly lead reports and drive funnel-based performance
Maintain call and visit logs in CRM; ensure real-time updates
Be the watchdog—flag duplicate leads, CP manipulation, or suspicious data entries

🔹 What We Expect:

2–5 years of full-time real estate CRM experience (East Bangalore experience preferred)
Proficiency in at least one CRM tool: Paramantra / Zoho / LeadSquared
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A process-driven, data-oriented mindset
Experience coordinating with Sales & CP teams is a strong plus
Bangalore-based or willing to relocate immediately
