Role & responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback through calls, emails, or in-person interactions.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing timely support and solutions.
  • Act as a link between customers and branch offices to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide directions and guidance to branch teams for smooth functioning and customer service improvements.
  • Ensure all branches follow standard customer handling procedures and company policies.
  • Monitor customer interactions and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate customer data and a comprehensive communication history.
  • Support in branch coordination for resolving customer concerns quickly.
  • Prepare MIS and regular reports related to customer feedback, escalations, and service performance.
  • Suggest ideas to improve customer experience and strengthen customer loyalty
