CRM & Brand Experience Executive

Location: Bangalore · Full-time Lila is a premium children’s furniture studio bringing thoughtful design, joyful function, and creative storytelling into modern family homes. Based in Bangalore, we’re a growing design-led startup — and we’re looking for an energetic, driven individual to help us connect meaningfully with customers and grow our sales engine. This role blends sales, brand-building, and content — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and cares deeply about product and design. What You’ll Do CRM & Sales: Manage our CRM system to ensure seamless communication with leads and customers. Follow up on inquiries, nurture relationships, and convert leads into loyal buyers. Brand Communication: Assist with email writing, customer messaging, and social media captions that reflect our tone and values. Content & Visuals: Collaborate on visual content, from planning shoots to helping with layout and product presentation. Marketing Support: Work closely with the founder on campaigns, partnerships, and customer outreach. Everyday Operations: Pitch in on day-to-day needs in a fast-moving, creative startup environment.
